Reservations for more than 15 nights are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules:
-> We might request a safety deposit at check-in.
-> The energy and water bills must be paid separately.
(How does this work: Every month, we calculate and charge the guest the amount of energy and water spent (for instance: Kw spent multiplied by the cost per Kw, approximately 0.23€/Kw).
-> The deposit will be returned by the end of the stay after checking the space and receiving the payment of every bill.
-> By making a long-term reservation, guests agree to give the host access to the property, whenever requested, to assess the maintenance state.

CHECK-IN

Before the check-in, guests must fill in a mandatory check-in form to identify all the guests that will stay in the apartment. Short term rentals are required to report guests' information to Borders Service (SEF).

Great location
We are a family of five. The apartment is clean and well equipped and served us very well. The location is fabulous with great views down the river, and easy access to the old town, shops and restaurants. We visited WoW which is only a short walk away, and proved to be fun for the whole family
