Step into our snug 2-bedroom apartment nestled in the heart of Lisbon's lively neighborhood! Despite its intimate size and low ceilings, this quaint space has a relaxing living area, adorned with local artwork.

The real gem of our home lies beyond the door - a delightful patio terrace where you can escape the city bustle and bask under the Lisbon sky. While the ceilings may be low and the space compact, the location is amazing, in a very typical Lisbon neighbourhood.

This charming 2-bedroom apartment, where cozy living meets modern convenience has very low ceilings, adding character to the space, this snug retreat invites you to relax and unwind. The open bathroom and shower area offer a contemporary touch, while the patio accessible from the living area provides a private oasis in the heart of Lisbon. Despite its compact size, every corner of this apartment is designed for comfort and functionality, making it the perfect hideaway for your Lisbon getaway.

Please note that our apartment is situated in a very typical and traditional neighborhood, which may come with the occasional noise and potential interactions with the neighbors. While most neighbors are friendly and welcoming, there is a possibility of encountering some complexities. We advise guests to be mindful of their surroundings and to respect the local community during their stay.

Please be aware that parking is not available in the immediate vicinity of our apartment. The closest metro station, Chiado, is a convenient walk away. We recommend using public transportation or alternative modes of transportation to access our location.

LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS
Reservations for more than 15 nights are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules:
-> We might request a safety deposit at check-in.
-> The energy and water bills must be paid separately.
(How does this work: Every month, we calculate and charge the guest the amount of energy and water spent.
-> The deposit will be returned by the end of the stay after checking the space and receiving the payment of every bill.
-> By making a long-term reservation, guests agree to give the host access to the property, whenever requested, in order to assess the state of maintenance.

CHECK-IN
We may charge in-person check-ins after hours as per the following rates:
After 8 pm: 15€
After 10 pm: 25€
AFter 1am: 50€
These rates can be avoided with the available self-check-in.

Before the check-in, guests must fill in a mandatory check-in form to identify all the guests that will stay in the apartment. Short term rentals are required to report guests' information to Borders Service (SEF).
