Air conditioning broken until after summer, as is an attic ,currents of air are generated instantly opening windows, at night no problem to sleep, in addition there are fans of floor. That's why the discounted price, because normally is 139euros/night

I personally handed the keys to all my guests and explain to them the tricks of the appartament and the neighborhood

I'm 100% ready to serve my guests all time.
I always sent some (Sensitive Contents Hidden) maps with the best routes and places the city (places that are difficult to find for a tourist ).

I've even been sometimes guide of my guests around the city (nice memories)
