These stories take you through the two living rooms, eight bedrooms, four bathrooms, bistro room, and glasshouse that come included in this fabulous holiday home.

On the other side of the living room, you can find the playroom equipped with a pool table and various children's toys.
Moving on you can find the mudroom, providing a second way in/out of the house. This entrance is to leave your muddy shoes in after a hike to not get the rest of the room dirty.

At a 20 minute drive you can find the big city of Antwerp with its old city centre is steeped in history. You will find it in ancient building-fronts on narrow streets or in the imposing Grand-Place. The Plantin-Moretus Museum is the only museum in the world to be classified as a Unesco World Heritage site. In the shadow of the Cathedral of Our Lady, the city teems with life in intimate pubs and restaurants. The banks of the Scheldt are a great place for a breath of fresh air.

Antwerp is a world city on a human scale. There’s always something to see and experience from interesting museums and fun attractions to surprising spots and architectural highlights.

"Finger-licking good food? Antwerp is the place to be! Experience the city's welcoming terraces on the many squares and, in addition to Belgian staples such as fries and chocolate, sample local delicacies such as the beer "Bolleke" and the liqueur "Elixir d'Anvers".

Whether you’re a quiet connoisseur, stern onlooker or boogie wonder, Antwerp’s nightlife is unfailingly vibrant. Whether you want to go for a drink with friends, enjoy a play or film or dance into the small hours, the city offers a varied nightlife, with something to enjoy for everyone.

Antwerp is a metropolis by the river, a city that will always leave you wanting more. Hip and historical, cool and classical, trendy and traditional. Everything is within walking distance. How could you not like this astonishingly diverse, pocket-sized metropolis? Antwerp’s city centre can be subdivided into seven different shopping areas, catering to everyone’s tastes.

Antwerp’s Meir is the city’s most prestigious and vibrant walking and shopping avenue. You’ll find branches of many of the large international chains here in the stately 18th and 19th century buildings. Do visit Shopping Stadsfeestzaal, an exclusive shopping centre in the city’s beautifully-restored festival hall.

Do you need a break from the crowds? No problem, find a seat on one of the nice terraces in Wapper, the square in front of the historic Rubens House.

The trendy Het Zuid neighbourhood is all about art and culture. Here you’ll find the city’s three large museums (the Royal Museum of Fine Arts - which is undergoing renovation - the Museum of Contemporary Art and the Photo Museum), numerous art galleries and a few famous auction houses. The area around Vlaamsekaai and Waalsekaai is home to modern galleries and some exclusive design and interior shops. Worth checking out, even if just for some inspiration.

Het Zuid is a lively neighbourhood, especially after sunset. That’s when the hip cafés and restaurants come to life. Taste the best of what Antwerp has to offer and meet some of Antwerp’s many bon vivants. Raise a toast to the good life, together with writers, actors and artists.

Het Zuid’s hipster factor is highest in Volkstraat, where you’ll find several trendy concept stores that stock design products, unique accessories and lots of interior objects. A very lively neighbourhood which is always nice when shopping.

Antwerp has been the largest and most dependable diamond centre in the world for more than five centuries. This is not just a business story: it is also a tale of craftsmanship, technology, traditions and creativity. Would you like to experience what diamonds mean in Antwerp, or are you looking for a jewel? Antwerp is a world-famous hub for fashion and diamonds. The city is therefore the perfect base for creative and fashion-conscious jewellers. Go out with a guide and discover contemporary jewellers in the Fashion Heart or the historic centre of Antwerp.

Antwerp is a metropole and offers lots of public transport possibilities. We advise you to avoid the city center by car. Please note that the entire city centre of Antwerp and Linkeroever are a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) to ensure that air in the city becomes even cleaner. The most polluting cars are no longer welcome in the city. Always check your vehicle with the check tool before entering the LEZ.
