Welcome to this spacious 1 bed apartment (sleeps 4 adults and 1 baby cot) located right in front of the 3 best beachen - Venus Beach, Playa Bajadilla beach and Faro beach. This location is as central as it can get!
You dont need a car but I have a parking garage that you Can rent for a smaller amount.

It's a duplex which means you have 2 floors.

Upstairs:
The kitchen, living room and one balcony are upstairs.
Upstairs you have also one extra bed-cabinet (with a 140 c m Folded bed, Please see picture) and one extra bed-sofa (140 cm) .

Downstairs you have the spaicious bedroom (180 cm bed), bathroom with shower and washing mashine and one more balcony.

This is a great opportunity to rent a modern Beach front apartment with best possible location right Next to Both the Harbor, the Beach and old town.

This is a 24 hour security building with a reception/guards hut at the entrance.
1 bedrooms downstairs but its possible to sleep 2-3 more people upstairs in the 2 beds (140 cm each),

The roof pool with spectacular panoramic view is, open high season

Very modern and fully equipped.

This Building is concidered to be the mist central Building in whole Marbella. Its called Marbella 2000 and is livstid right at the Beach, in front of the main Harbour. You dont need a car! Its close to everything.
