Lovely town location room, with bicycle storage and back yard garden, great for ferry terminal between Newhaven and Dieppe! Friendly hosts, cosy double room. Near train station and frequent bus service. Unique themed styled house with large Sea-life bathroom. Your room has a double bed, large wall mounted TV, microwave, kettle, toaster. Books & games. Dan & Corrina will welcome you and give you the Master lock code to the key safe to get in and out the house, you can order takeway it you like or there is a small larder fridge you can use. If you need a load of washing done or a meal cooked we can do this for an extra small fee. Garden to use at rear, where you can store your bicycles, if touring the area to South Downs National park or beyond, BBQ available (bring your own charcoal) & outdoor seating. Lots of shops in the area and Italian and Indian restaurants we recommend. Chinese takeaway & McDonalds, KFC. Fish & Chips shops Lidl Supermarket & Sainsburys are all close. Pubs on waterfront

Why they chose this property

Corrina is a self employed seamstress doing clothing repairs & alterations for many years. Dan is a landscape garden designer, he loves Art and being near creative, bustling Brighton & the beach is a must for us!

What makes this property unique

We have a unique themed home, the house is decorated in a creative style that is bright and vibrant. The cosy double bedroom is Bee themed, the large kingsize bedroom (that sleeps three) is denim blue themed & the large bathroom is Sea- Life themed. The courtyard garden has a scaffolding seating area & a living garden roof & herbs in recycled gutters!
