Set within an established farm, walkers can head out onto the Offa’s Dyke and explore rich woodland that is frequented by deer and other wildlife, or take in the history of White Castle. Access to the Wye Valley Walk is close by where you can enjoy riverside strolls, canoeing, or for the more adventurous, climbing and caving at Symonds Yat (10 miles). For golfers, The Rolls of Monmouth Golf Course is only 2 miles away. Cyclists have access to a network of country lanes, along with some of the National Cycling Route, and for mountain biking, some of the best downhill trails are available within the Forest of Dean. Monmouth is just 4 miles away, a vibrant town with shops, cafes, restaurants, and a theatre with a year-round events calendar.
