The Pinar del Mar apartment has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. Comfortable 85 m² accommodation, located on the beachfront and with sea views.
It is located 100 m from the Playa Virgen del Mar sand beach, 200 m from the "Miguel y María" supermarket, 40 km from the "Aeropuerto Jerez" airport.
It has an elevator, washing machine, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning in some bedrooms, 1 fan, 1 television.
The independent induction kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, in general everything you need to enjoy a wonderful family holiday.

🆔📄 Guests must show a valid ID and sign a tourist rental contract upon check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Andalusian Government on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

🔑 For the delivery of keys we will offer you a contact telephone number when confirming the reservation. If key collection takes place after 10:00 p.m., check the conditions with the host before your arrival.

Upon arrival, a deposit of €250 will be requested to be paid by credit card.
