Beautiful villa located in Lloret de Vistalegre, an area of calm and tranquility, it is necessary to rent a car.

It has a private swimming pool and a large terrace where you can relax and unwind during your holidays. This villa has 5 bedrooms for up to 9 guests, one of them does not have total privacy. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and four of them are located on the upper floor, there are 3 complete bathrooms and a large dining room with open kitchen. Outside there is a private swimming pool to cool off during the hot summer days, sun loungers and outdoor furniture to enjoy meals cooked on the barbecue.

This beautiful property stands out for its quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the traffic. It is very well connected by motorway with Palma as well as with the main tourist points of the island. A perfect choice to spend your holidays in Majorca, we are waiting for you!

All bookings include free of charge all running water consumption, 50€ of electricity consumption per booking and, in the winter season and if the property has it, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (oil, gas or propane heating). The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2.20 per person per night of stay (10% VAT included). Children under 16 years of age do not pay this tax.
