Welcome to my charming private studio, perfectly situated on the edge of Nuremberg's historic Old Town. Enjoy the convenience of excellent public transport links while savoring the tranquility of a peaceful neighborhood. The studio is located about 15 min by foot from the central station or conveniently 4 min with the metro (2 stops) the last stop being just a minut by foot from the flat. The studio boasts an ideal location, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions, restaurants, and bars that Nuremberg has to offer. Plärrer is the center of the city and from here you can get everywhere easily wether it be the Germanishe Museum, the Nürnberger Messe, the Justiz Palatz or the Old City.
The studio features a private underground parking space right in the building, providing you with hassle-free parking. Relax on the cozy, well-appointed south-facing balcony, a perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening wine. I always work on making the studio more and more accomodating
