This charming house is one of the houses in a row, located in a quiet street, less than 10 minutes from a long sandy beach. It extends over 4 levels and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is suitable for 7 people and is ideal for a family gathering or a vacation with friends.

The house has an area of 150 m² and is spread over several floors. On the ground floor you will find a tastefully decorated lounge and dining area with a comfortable sofa, dining table and TV. On the same floor there is a kitchen that, although smaller in size, has everything you need for preparing meals. Both rooms have access to a fenced outdoor terrace with a seating area. We will only say one thing - maximum privacy is assured. There is also a modern bathroom with shower on the ground floor. All rooms are air conditioned.

A staircase leads to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors where you will find 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while 2 have single beds. You can use it all day long - for your morning coffee, for relaxing in the sun in the afternoon, or for star gazing in the evening.
