We are a company with years of experience dedicated to vacation rentals in Tenerife South (Canary Islands). We offer a complete experience of your visit to Tenerife. Both in the accommodation and in different activities for all tastes and ages (not included in the price).

The accommodation can be reached by car, taxi or bus. Our company also offers a transfer service from the airport to the apartment. The service is paid and they have to notify at least two days in advance to contract it.

Someone from the staff will wait for you at the entrance of the apartment at the agreed time on the day of your arrival. He will show it to you and give you the keys. Check-in hours start at 3:00 p.m. and end at 10:00 p.m. If any guest wants to check-in after this time, they will have to pay €25 in cash before entering the apartment.

Accommodation:

Nice two-bedroom apartment in a relaxing residence a few steps from the city center (Costa del Silencio). In the apartment you can enjoy the tranquility and relaxation that this (private) space offers, also outdoors.

The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed and space to store clothes (without a door) and another bedroom with a bunk bed, a complete bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. It also has an open area with a small living room with TV and dining area for four people and a fully equipped kitchen (kitchen utensils, crockery, electric kettle, coffee maker, fridge, oven, etc.) In the accommodation there is free Wi-Fi for exclusive use of guests (ultra-fast fiber). Finally, the accommodation has a private backyard with an area for guests to relax comfortably.The residence of the complex has a community pool with space to lie down and enjoy the sun. It is not allowed to reserve sunbeds. The complex does not have parking. You can park for free on the street.
