Great Cozy Cabin in a Beautiful Part of Scotland
Cozy, extremely well designed and efficient, spectacular views in a quiet and private and quaint location. 10 min drive back “The Street” where the sunsets are magical looking across the water to Isle of Skye. Applecross Inn is a great place for late afternoon drinks and dinner. Marion is a great host. We loved the decorative art textiles in the cabin by local artist Tery McCowan - we met with her to select some of her beautiful items to be shipped home to Canada. We also enjoyed the Applecross Heritage Centre and a beautiful scenic walk to the scenic Coral Beach. Don’t forget your swim suit.

About the host

Host profile image
Your Scottish hosts Marion & Moray welcome you to share this hidden gem on the remote Applecross peninsular nestled in the surrounding hillside. Having loved holidaying in the area for over 15 years Marion had a midlife crisis 😊 and decided to whisk Moray away and set up this wonderful B&B. It became so popular we have now added three luxury self catering cabins.

Why they chose this property

We love the peace and quiet often watching the pine martens that frequent our garden. Watching the wildlife, exploring the outdoors walking, Kayaking and going out on our fishing boat to se the seals, dolphins and sea eagles too. There's local gatherings of music, crafts, swimming etc to keep us busy.
The local Applecross Inn and Walled Garden are both great places where we like to eat and drink. Meeting locals & travellers from across the world.

What makes this property unique

We are very remote and thats what makes it really special. A place to get away from the hustle and bustle of modern day life. Wilderness and wellness all wrapped into one.
