- This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between june and september, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
- This home accepts babies and children but does not accept toddlers or pets.
- This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.
- The homeowner's housekeeper will visit on either a tuesday or friday. Please speak to our sales team for more information.
- From mid-september the building is undergoing external redecoration work which will involve scaffolding being put up on the rear of the building, which includes this home’s garden. The work is estimated to last six weeks during which time noise and activity will be noticed. The scaffolding will also cause obstruction to the rear windows of the property.
- Please note this property requires full payment for the stay prior to check-in, guests will receive a message from the property with a secure payment link after booking. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, we will check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
