This spacious three-bedroom apartment in Ribeira Brava is the perfect retreat for families and friends looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation together.

The property is located on the fifth floor and is accessible by lift.

The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed, a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table. There's also a private bar where you can enjoy the stunning views.

To prepare delicious meals, the kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. 

For added convenience, the apartment has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washing machine, a drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The bedrooms have comfortable queen beds, desks, and wardrobes for storage. One boasts an ensuite bathroom and a balcony, perfect for relaxing. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Ribeira Brava is a charming town located on the southern coast of Madeira Island. Known for its mild climate and picturesque setting, Ribeira Brava is a popular destination for both locals and tourists. The town's name, which means "wild river," reflects its historical association with the nearby river that flows through it. Key attractions include the Igreja de São Bento, a beautiful 16th-century church, and the Ethnographic Museum of Madeira, which showcases the island's cultural heritage. The town also features a pleasant waterfront promenade, local markets, and access to hiking trails that explore the lush surrounding landscapes.

The property is easily accessible by car.

Madeira Airport is a 34-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
