Disliked: Cleanliness, communication

First time staying in a short term lease place, had an horrible experience on check in. Imagine coming from a long haul international flight feeling exhausted and the host still refuses/ doesn’t give you the exact location……then the host insisted check in time is 3 pm which is fine but the apartment was not clean when it was 3pm, the host then needs another 1.5 hours to clean……..during our stay we have tried to request the code for the TV but the host never gave it to us……so overall the whole experience was pretty bad……
