We are excited to welcome you to Omnia, a spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom duplex apartment in Ancoats, Manchester. The property features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area, a large cinema-style media space, and a pool table. The unique design of the space offers an inviting atmosphere that pays homage to Manchester's industrial legacy while offering a sophisticated and liveable space for residents.
This apartment sleeps up to 12 guests. Perfect for groups or families.
The Space:
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The spacious kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, wine/drinks fridge, dishwasher, washing machine (+ dryer) and a Nespresso machine.
We also offer complimentary selection of Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper.
There is a 12-seater dining table perfect for hosting a dinner party or enjoying a family meal. The kitchen island doubles up as a breakfast bar, with 4 additional bar stools. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.
GROUND FLOOR BEDROOMS
On the ground floor, there are 2 king-size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms feature blackout curtains and a triple wardrobe. The larger bedroom features a window seat perfect for reading a book or drinking a cup of coffee, as well as the benefit of an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath. The family bathroom features a walk-in rainfall shower.
LOWER GROUND BEDROOMS
Downstairs on the lower ground, there are 2 additional king-size bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious and inviting, with a triple wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in rainfall shower. The second bedroom is as exuberant as the master, with plenty of storage thanks to 3 double wardrobes.
LIVING AREA
Omnia's most unique space can be found in the multifunctional downstairs living space, featuring a 7 ft professional pool table, cinema-style 85-inch television, and a bespoke supersized sofa/lounging area. This property has Sky cable TV, Netflix and Prime TV.
SOFA BEDS
The sofa is big enough that it can be converted into 2 comfortable double sofa-beds! Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our helpful customer service team to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. Full details of our sofa-bed policy can be found in our terms and conditions.
LOCATION & PARKING
This property is located in Ancoats, on the border of the Northern Quarter. You can be in the centre of Manchester in under 5 minutes' walking distance. There is a public pay and display car park located adjacent to the building.
ACCESSIBILITY
For those with mobility considerations, kindly note the lower ground level is accessible via stairs only. There are also 3 steps from street level to enter the apartment. There is no elevator access for the property. Please keep this in mind if you have any additional accessibility needs.

We generate unique and personal guest passes for all our valued guests, powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb and The Heim Residences trusted partner. Here, you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your guest pass in your booking confirmation.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: In order to protect both the property and our guests, all guests are required to complete a MANDATORY deposit hold on your guest pass. The deposit hold places a £250 authorisation hold on a card of your choosing. No monies are taken from your card unless any damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights.
Kindly ensure these are completed prior to your stay as guests will not be able to access the apartments until your Enso verification and deposit hold is complete.
