The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor super king-size and two twins. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, handheld shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Outside, there is a rear garden with patio, lawn, and furniture, and off-road parking for three cars. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 0.4 miles, shop 2.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Return year after year to Swn Y Coed. Note: There are steps down to the lawn in the garden, please take care. Note: There are steps up from the sitting area to kitchen/diner. Please note: up to two dogs only, and there is a pet supplement fee of £20 per pet, per stay.

The Red Kite Feeding Station on the outskirts of the town is a great attraction not to be missed, while the annual Royal Welsh Show is just one of the attractions in nearby Builth Wells, where a great variety of exhibitions and sales are held all year round. The beautiful Elan Valley offers a wonderful variety of walks and cycle trails, as well as a visitor centre with café and children's play area.
