With 150 m² of living space, the villa is distributed over two floors connected by an interior staircase. On the main floor there is a pleasant living room with air conditioning, sofa and TV area to relax, and a dining area with a nice table and chairs for 6 people. Next to the living room there is an open and fully equipped kitchen that allows you to enjoy the company of your family while you are cooking, or preparing a nice coffee in the morning. A bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, a complete bathroom with bathtub and a second bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, and another a bathroom with shower. A pleasant staircase leads to the upper floor where we find a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a private terrace with a small table and two chairs to relax and gaze at the stars at night.

Exterior of the villa:

With 1,000 m2 of plot, and enough privacy, the villa offers several spaces to enjoy the outdoors. From the living room we access to a covered terrace with garden sofas and a nice open view to all the beautiful residential area, down a flight of stairs we reach the pool area with natural grass, an outdoor shower, and 6 sunbeds for sunbathing by the water. At the back of the villa, you will find a nice fish pond, a large area with mature trees, and a bbc area with table and chairs for 6 people.
The villa has parking space inside and outside.
