Located on the 3rd floor up an elevator, via a secure entrance. Wifi is Hyperoptic and TV is free logging in to your own Netflix, YouTube and other apps' accounts. Lovely kitchen with fridge and freezer, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and filtered Brita water and various of plates, bowls and kitchen cuttleries. If you would like to reserve my allocated secure car parking space, extend your stay, or use the flat for photographing or any business activities, please contact me through Airbnb. These services come at an additional cost; please ask me for further information.For one additional guest, please inform me when you book the flat so that the necessary arrangements can be made before your arrival.All require an additional cost.Please use the large grey bin for recyclable waste and the small black bin mounted inside the kitchen cupboard under the sink for non-recyclable waste. If you need bags for those please check the pics in the additional pictures. Kindly leave the flat tidy. Check-in time is flexible, and check out by 10:00 AM. You will be able to access the property by using the Smart Master Lock and self check in and check out. To ensure everyone's safety, we have a no-smoking, no drug and no party policy, "No Outdoor Shoes Inside", and all guests must be registered and identity verified in the booking. Bed linens and towels provided, along with a hair dryer inside the left bedside table in the bedroom.
