Owl Corner is a beautifully presented ground floor apartment nestled within the serene ambiance of St Ives. This spacious and private annexe offers a comfortable retreat for three guests. Upon arrival at Owl Corner, you're greeted with the convenience of a designated parking space on the gravel driveway. Pass through the gates into a private landscaped garden which leads to the property entrance.

The garden unfolds as a haven of relaxation and beauty, boasting modern touches like a sleek grey composite decking area, accented with a glass divider. Here, guests can relax on comfortable rattan outdoor furniture, surrounded by raised sleeper beds featuring an array of attractive plants, adding colour and character to the space. Completing this charming setting is a quaint beach hut, beckoning guests to unwind and bask in the tranquillity of their private outdoor retreat.
Lounge area
Guests can sink into the comfort of the grey upholstered L-shaped sofa bed which provides ample seating during the day, and converts into a cosy sleeping space for one guest at night. If you wish to use the sofa bed please let us know at the time of booking.
Entertainment options abound with a 50” TV equipped with a DVD player and Wii gaming console, complemented by a Bluetooth speaker system for immersive surround sound experiences. Complementary WiFi is included as standard.
French doors beckon you to step out onto the deck, extending the living space outdoors and inviting in natural light and fresh air.

The kitchen exudes modern elegance with timeless cream shaker cabinets complemented by wooden worktops and a charming farmhouse tiled backsplash. Equipped with all the essentials for culinary endeavours, including an electric oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher for your convenience.
