About this property
Characterful cottage, short drive from Port Isaac, Polzeath and Rock. Sleeps 7.
We welcome you to Plain St. Cottage. A traditional cob cottage dating back several hundred years. It’s positioned in beautiful rural surroundings but also near stunning beaches in North Cornwall. We are only a few miles from main attractions (Tintagel Castle) and popular fishing villages (Port Isaac and Rock). The central position we are in makes us ideally situated for easy travel and there is a bus stop opposite the cottage.
The cottage has been tastefully furnished and has a newly fitted kitchen/diner, fully equipped with everything you need (please see the amenities section above), along with a separate formal dining room. The sitting room, with traditional beams, contains a wood burning fire along with 40' television. Books and boardgames are provided.
Regarding the bedrooms, 1 double is located downstairs with access to a family bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs, two double bedrooms with one having an en-suite and one single. The cottage features central heating making it ideal for winter breaks. Outside features a large pretty enclosed garden with a sunny aspect, great for BBQs and relaxing. A private carpark with CCTV is next to the cottage.
