A lovely private 3-bedroomed villa located in the prestigious Gramacho Golf resort. The villa has three comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms and a separate guest cloakroom.
On the main ground floor there are a guest cloakroom, a twin and a double bedroom sharing a full bathroom with separate shower and a bath, double sinks, and an open living/dining area which joins together with the modern kitchen. Glass patio doors lead from the living area to the swimming pool and outdoor seating area with a charcoal bbq. The swimming pool is 4 x 9m with a shallow end and Roman steps. 6 sun beds are provided for guests use.
The villa is surrounded by a landscaped garden with some lawn areas and a small putting green.
The Estate Restaurant/Club house is a few minutes walk and there is also a small local supermarket within easy walk. The estate has a tennis court and children's play area as well as heated indoor pool and jacuzzi.
