The Space:
This apartment is a modern and super clean luxury home with a great ambiance of the neighbourhood that is available for 4 lovely guests.

It is also a perfect place to isolate yourself from the COVID-19. Many interesting restaurants nearby and tons of choices for food & drink delivery. We can also assist you with online grocery service with delivery slots. Waitrose supermarket and coffee shop are 3 minutes away. This place will give you the greatest convenience.

We provide hotel quality bed linen and face & bath towels during your stay.

We have a fast internet connection which will allow you to enjoy everything on your mobile/tablet or laptop. Also, we have Samsung smart TV so you can catch up with your Netflix and Amazon Prime.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a kitchenette. Stove with cooking hob and oven, cutlery sets, plates, and cooking pans. For your convenience, there is a microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom is clean and fully equipped with toiletries and a shower.

The neighbourhood is quiet, safe, and vibrant. Perfect for families and business travellers.

The apartment is situated in a great location. From transportation, restaurants, shops, and pubs.

-10 minutes walk to Vauxhall Station (Victoria line & Train)

Guest Access:
Guests have full, exclusive and private access and use of the whole flat and will not be disturbed during their stay.

Other Things to Note:
Check-in:
-You must confirm your check-in time at least 48 hours before arrival. If you do not confirm the time, we will schedule the check-in at a suitable time for us.
-We don't accept 3rd party check-ins. If you can not be present for the check-in you will need to add the person checking in to the booking and present additional information.

Late-arrival check-in fees:
-If you fail to arrive within 1.5 hours from the scheduled check-in time, a late-arrival check-in fee will apply. If we have to wait at the apartment until you arrive the fee will be £10 for each extra hour we have to wait (+ any late check-in fees if the check-in is after 21:30PM). If we need to reschedule the check-in to a later time the fee will be £25 (plus any late check-in fee if they apply).
-The late-arrival check-in fee will be applicable based upon the time you will reach to the apartment and we will initiate a request to charge the amount accordingly.

Late check-in fees:
-For check-ins between 21:30 and 23:30 and 07:00 and 09:00 there is a £20 fee
-For check-ins between 23:30 and 01:00 there is a £50 fee
-For check-ins between 01:00 and 07:00 there will a £70 fee
-The late check-in fee will be applicable based upon the time you will reach to the apartment and we will initiate a request to charge the amount accordingly in case you arrive after 21:30.

Late check out fees:
-Late check out is £10 per hour after 10:00AM

For security reasons:
-We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

Cleaning:
-1 bed sheet, 1 duvet, 2 pillows, 2 bath towels and 2 facial towels are provided. The setting is enough for 2 adults. If the guest requires additional towels or linen please inform us in advance, guests will be subject to an extra fee.
-There is no daily housekeeping service in the apartment. This service is available upon request subject to a surcharge of £15/hour with minimum 2 hours’ booking.
