Magdalen Road accommodates guests across five exceptionally stylish bedrooms. The primary suite sits on the top floor and impresses with its sophisticated graphite colour scheme and super king-size bed. The chic ensuite features a walk-in waterfall shower. The four other bedrooms share an elegant bathroom with a deep soaking tub, elevated by antique gold accents. Three of these bedrooms offer a cosy double bed and a king-size bed is found in the other. Discover a neat work desk in the bay window of the second bedroom, ideal if you need to work during your stay.


Home Truths:

- This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between june and september, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
- This home accepts babies, toddlers, children and pets.
- The fireplace in this home is ornamental.
- This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.
- There is parking on request at this home, which if available can be pre-arranged. Please speak to our sales advisors if you wish to enquire about the space.
- The homeowner's gardener will visit once a week on wednesdays at 2pm. They will not need to access the home.
- There is a peloton exercise bike in the home that is available to experienced users.
- The dining table has only eight chairs, however more can be taken from around the home.
- There is limited access to the right-hand side of the fourth bedroom bed.
- The neighbouring home has scaffolding on it whilst works take place. Work begins on 29th august for the foreseeable future with some noise being heard during work hours, monday to friday, 8am - 5pm.
- While pets are welcome in this home, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our sales advisors for information.
- Please note this property requires full payment for the stay prior to check-in, guests will receive a message from the property with a secure payment link after booking. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, we will check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
