Bright and modern apartment with three balconies, located on the second floor of a building served by elevator.

The accommodation opens onto a small hallway leading to the living area furnished with double sofa bed, access to the first balcony dining table and open kitchen equipped with oven and dishwasher.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with private balconies, one of which has a queen-size bed and another with a single sofa bed. Finally, a bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Guests can enjoy amenities such as air conditioning throughout, central heating for the winter season, washing machine, iron, and free Wi-Fi.

The spirit of Genoa resides precisely in the alleys, where different smells, tastes, languages and cultures mingle.
In the historic center is the Romanesque-style Cathedral of San Lorenzo, with a black-and-white striped facade and frescoed interior. Narrow streets lead to monumental squares such as Piazza de Ferrari, with its distinctive bronze fountain, and the Carlo Felice opera house.
Unmissable and iconic is the Genoa Aquarium, the largest in Europe. The exhibit shows more than 70 environments and about 12,000 specimens of 600 species, from all the world's seas.
