You will find yourself inside a well-kept house where the owner has added every comfort to offer a comfortable and pleasant stay. The location of this beautiful two-room apartment is decidedly enviable. It is located on one side overlooking the banks of the Gerenzone river of which you will appreciate the fascinating sound of the flowing waters, while the entrance to the small building is in front of a convenient free car park one minute from the Lecco lakefront! It is a 10 minute walk from the station and all the comforts of the center are within reach. The living room, with the kitchen equipped with everything you need, features a beautiful round glass table and a comfortable queen-size sofa bed. You will find TV and free WI-Fi at your disposal. The bedroom is equipped with a large mirrored wardrobe and the bathroom has charm and functionality! The whole house is air conditioned to make your summer stay cool and relaxing. We offer you bed linen and towels included in the price. Possibility to access the apartment via self check-in procedure at any time.. Then enter the courtyard and use the door at the end to access the condominium stairs. Go up to the second floor and find the access to your apartment on the right.
