The property boasts a large open plan living area, ideal for spending time entertaining. The kitchen is fully fitted modern, sure to be any cooks dream with a large breakfast bar to compliment it. Moving upstairs, the thoughtfully designed space comprises 3 bedrooms, two of which boast a super king bed and ample space for storing clothes, and the final bedroom includes a single bed with a trundle underneath. Furry friends are welcome to join the fun. The main bathroom, in true keeping with the rest of the property, has a large walk-in shower, perfect to relax in after a long day!

A wonderful home to enjoy.

We had a fabulous family weekend in The Birdie. 4 adults and 2 toddlers. Very well equipped for us all to eat in. Fantastic enclosed garden for the kids to run around in and lovely to see the golfers playing at the bottom of the garden. Very comfortable beds and masses of hot water. Lots of extras to make up easy picnics etc. and enough space for 2 cars off street. Would definitely be back.

Family Stay in York

The Birdie was the perfect stay for a family of 6 (2 adults, 3 teens and family dog!) The kitchen and dining area was fabulous and well equipped, the lounge was comfortable and the garden was great, we where lucky with the weather and managed to eat in the garden on both evenings. The Birdie is within perfect walking distance of the city of York - which meant we could leave the car at the house and explore on foot. I would recommend staying here and would definitely come back!
