This beautiful semi-detached house for 7 people in front of the sea is located in Es Barcarès, a quiet urbanization 5 minutes walk from Alcúdia. This fantastic accommodation has a fantastic terrace with views of the Bay of Pollença. In addition, it has everything you need to make your stay unforgettable.


The house is distributed on one floor, where is the living room with access to the terrace with sea views, the fully equipped kitchen. The four bedrooms and the two remaining bathrooms are distributed on this same floor.

The area where the chalet is located is famous for its tranquility. There you can enjoy numerous beaches and coves far from tourist crowds. It is perfect for practicing water activities such as fishing, diving, windsurfing or canoeing. Furthermore, its fantastic location allows you to easily explore the bays of Pollença and Alcúdia. Port de Pollença is just 10 minutes away by car. The town of Alcúdia, famous for its medieval wall that encloses the old town, is a 10-minute walk from the house. Alcúdia is a must visit. There you can visit the archaeological remains of the ancient Roman city of Pollentia and its magnificent neo-Gothic church or walk along the wall and the streets that make up the old town. In addition, every Tuesday and Sunday there is a market, where you can find a wide variety of local products.
