Villa Riviera consists of 3 floors, garage and basement. The property features a spacious 3 living areas with amazing view of the sea, a dining area. First floor Livingroom has direct access to an outdoor terrace, outdoor Jacuzzi. Villa offers 3- living rooms with fully equipped kitchen, 4-bedrooms, 5.5bathrooms. Separate kitchens making it comfortable for 3 families to independently enjoy their holiday. At the back side of the villa there is 4 bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom . The villa has outdoor Jacuzzi, 3 garage parking and one outdoor parking, basement with laundry room. The rooms are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning and heating units, TV units, terrace with view, and completed by a beautiful bathroom with a large shower.
Guests can relax in the outdoor lounge corners or enjoy the sun and sea breeze by the gorgeous views having a drink in the outdoor Jacuzzi.
