About this property
Angelic in Archway, by Veeve
A versatile mix of minimalist design approaches and bold, colourful décor make this three-bedroom home in Archway truly special. From the disparate vivid colours adorning each room to the exquisitely refined kitchen, there’s something for every design sensibility here. With its big airy windows, quaint garden and fabulous location close to both Archway and Crouch End, once you’re in you won’t want to leave.
Feel at home immediately in the gorgeously appointed living area. Chevron parquet floors provide an immediate sense of poise, and two luxuriant rugs add comfort to the equation. In the formal sitting area, framed maps sit above a glossy piano, while cosy armchairs surround the fireplace. Nearby, a cosy deep green sofa welcomes you in for a movie night on the generous flatscreen opposite.
Move through the living room to reach the kitchen – and marvel at its magnificence. A striking juxtaposition of jet-black cabinetry and orange-tinged timber joinery makes a particularly powerful statement. Finished with a grey splashback and expansive white countertops, this kitchen is sure to delight any chef. The dining table is punctuated by a beautiful timber-panelled wall and sits under a skylight – ensuring a sunlit lunch or a dinner under the stars.
Access the private garden from here, where you’ll find tastefully manicured shrubbery, lounger chairs, a gas barbecue and tables – perfect for a sunny afternoon with a wine.
Climb the stairs and come to the first bedroom, where two feature walls of red and blue combine to add a pop of personality. In here you’ll find two bunk beds, some cubby shelves and a desk. Next door, the primary bathroom is subtly finished in white tiles with timber accents, and features a bath with overhead shower, a toilet and a wash basin.
The principal bedroom follows, and it’s hard not to fall in love with the deep green walls encompassing the king-sized bed, bedside tables and rustic wicker basket. Bask in the sunlight streaming in from the bay windows that look to the street below. The en-suite bathroom is simple and elegant, featuring a shower, toilet and wash basin.
WE LOVE
The outstanding kitchen – spacious and striking, its dual tones make it as attractive as it is functional.
Home Truths:
No smoking, pets or parties. The washing machine is located in the upstairs cupboard. The bed in the fourth bedroom is a child's single. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities.

Why they chose this property
Archway is a bustling area boasting various restaurants, pubs, a Saturday market as well as excellent bus links into Central London. One of London's best Old English gastropubs is just minutes away, the Bull & Last. Highgate Cemetery is right on your doorstep and known for the famous names it has buried such as Karl Marx. Take a walk through the cemetery and admire the Gothic tombs, vaults and winding paths of this age-old ground.
