A beautiful 95sqm, classic house with thick stone walls, fully renovated, near the center of Tinos Town (Chora). Close to trees, cool, with plenty of natural light. Spacious and functional house that can accommodate at least 4 people. Ideal for couples, families and groups of friends. It is located relatively close (1km) from the port, 400m from the Chora center, 600m. from the beach of Ag. Fokas and about 800m from the church of Panagia Evangelistria of Tinos.
It is the ground floor of a two-story house. It is α classic stone house fully renovated, spacious with high ceilings. It has an autonomous, separate entrance, terraces and a small yard. Due to its location and construction, it is quite cool in summer and warm in winter, while its three main rooms are also covered by air conditioning units.
The bedrooms have double beds with anatomical mattresses and large spacious wardrobes.
The living room is comfortable with a large TV and can function as a third bedroom as its sofa easily and quickly turns into a semi-double bed, while a special mattress pad is also installed for a comfortable sleep. There is also a single column cabinet in case the room is used for sleeping.
The kitchen is fully functional, equipped with appliances for daily use and food preparation.
The bathroom is completely renovated, comfortable and spacious with natural ventilation.
