Villa Valla is new house located in small village called Sveti Petar u Sumi very calm village in central istria. this house has 3 bedrooms and a beautiful swimming pool, you will enjoy your glass of istrian wine on our stone made desk near the swimming pool.

This villa is specially designed and very modern. You will have 2 bedrooms in the house and one bedroom and bathroom separated on the opposite side of the swimming pool with two big wall glases.

Super Haus, freundliche Gastgeber

Das Haus ist ganz neu, wir waren die zweiten Gäste. Alle Räume sind klimatisiert, der Pool ist toll und das Grundstück geräumig, sodass man auch für sich sein kann. Es finden sich sonnige und auch schattige Plätzchen zum entspannen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr Wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns bei unseren sehr freundlichen Gastgebern.

Luxury vacation in Villa Silva

The villa is very spacious with a large swimming pool. The house is well positioned to the sun and thanks to this you can spend the whole day on the terrace. On the terrace there is a large table for 8 people and a barbecue. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom. One bedroom has a separate entrance. The house is surrounded by a large garden. The hosts live near the villa, they are very hospitable and communicative. We spend great time in this lovely place - villa Silva :) Thank you Martina :)
