Modern and spacious apartment (200 sqm) located in the charming and elegant Prati neighborhood, just steps away from the historic center and within easy reach of all of Rome's main attractions. Air-conditioned and equipped with fast Wi-Fi, Lucilla can accommodate up to 12 people and includes:
5 Bedrooms (3 Double + 2 Triple);
1 Living Room with sofa, smart TV, dining table for 10, and kitchen;
3 Bathrooms with showers;
1 Balcony (in bedroom No. 1).
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift (4 steps to access) and overlooks the historic Via Crescenzio.
The bedrooms, equipped with comfortable mattresses and quality linens, ensure total privacy and a restful sleep. The bright living room is perfect for convivial dinners and relaxing moments. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
The three bathrooms combine aesthetics and comfort, featuring large showers and courtesy kits. The second bathroom is en-suite in bedroom No. 2.
