Villa Molino Felice is immersed in the lush greenery of Civitella in Val di Chiana. It is completely secluded, ensuring maximum privacy but also an idyllic holiday away from the crowds and noise of the cities. In addition to the wonderful views over the hilly landscape, the villa has a swimming pool. On the property of 300 m² you will actually find 2 houses, furnished and divided in such a way that they can be treated as 3 separate apartments. Each apartment has a separate entrance, making them ideal for several families or groups of friends. The rustic style, with dominant beams and stone walls, extends throughout the house. You can't get more rural than this! The main house has 2 floors. On the ground floor you will be greeted by a rustically decorated area for dining and relaxing. There is a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals to enjoy at the dining table. Next to it is another area for relaxation with a sofa bed. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a separate bathroom with a washing machine.

On the 1st floor of the house there is another kitchen with a dining area for 10 people. Next to the table there is a fireplace where you can light a fire on colder days and enjoy the warmth with your favourite book in the armchairs. On the same floor there are 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. As a rule, all rooms have double beds, although some have 2 single beds connected to a double bed. The bathrooms are equipped with towels and toiletries.

On the same property, overlooking the main house, is a 2 level annex. On the ground floor there is a small but fully equipped kitchen with access to a terrace with a lounge area. In the room next to the kitchen there is a sofa bed and a dining table. On the 1st floor of the annex there is a bedroom with a bathroom.

In the courtyard of the house you will find a swimming pool, which we believe will be a favourite meeting place at any time of the day. While one part of the guests is having a swim, the other part can prepare the barbecue and at the end of the day everyone can enjoy the rural idyll together. The property also has covered parking for 4 vehicles.
