Borgo Tre Rose serves a sweet and savoury buffet with homemade cakes. For dinner, the restaurant serves Italian specialities. Snacks and drinks are available at the bar.

The swimming pool is open from May until the end of September. The property has 3 wine cellars, the nearest is just 600 metres away, while the other 2 are in Montalcino and Chianti.

Parking is free and the nearest train station is 10 km away in Terentola. Cortona and Lake Trasimeno are a 20-minute drive away.
