The property can be accessed via a private road that leads to the entrance gate. The 1,250 m2 garden is completely fenced, partly planted with lawn, and houses the swimming pool, which measures 9x5 with a depth of 1.20 meters with an external a shower. The stone-paved solarium area is equipped with modern furnishings, umbrellas and sun loungers. The price includes: the supply of bathroom, bed, kitchen and pool towels (changed weekly), internet connection, consumption of electricity (but of not air conditioning) and water. Upon request, possibility of organizing dinners, domestic help, extra change of linen.

Important information
The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09. Just 200 meters away there' is the accommodation Masso alle Rose, which belongs to the same owners. Access through 500 meters of dirt road.Activities and Distances
The Villa is perfect for nature lovers who want to alternate rest with excursions to the many famous centres, such as San Gimignano with its famous medieval towers or the Etruscan Volterra. Florence and Siena can also be reached in just over 30 minutes by car. Trekking and mountain biking lovers will also have access to numerous nature itineraries along the dirt roads in the surrounding countryside and woods. The Etruscan coast with its variety of beaches is about an hour drive away.
