Casa do Farol is a single-storey property that offers a suite with a double bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bedroom with a double bed. For added convenience, there is also a guest toilet equipped with a shower cubicle common to all spaces.
With a modern décor in sober tones, this property also offers a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining room and an open-plan living room with a sofa bed to accommodate one more person.
Outside there is an excellent living space with a barbecue and leisure area, as well as access to a private car park with direct entry to the house.
This house sleeps a maximum of 5 people.
Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the house.

AREA
The property is located in the municipality of Santana, more precisely in the parish of São Jorge. Near the property you can visit some tourist attractions, such as Levada do Rei, the Calhau de São Jorge Bathing Complex, the Ponta de São Jorge Lighthouse, the Primitive Centre of the Parish of São Jorge and the Ruins of São Jorge.
The centre of Santana is about 9 minutes away by car. In the same municipality, there is the Madeira Theme Park, hiking and the famous Pico Ruivo, the highest peak on the island.
The property is around 50 minutes by car from the centre of Funchal and 30 minutes from the airport.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
We inform that a Municipal Tourist Ecotax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Santana.
All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
