The building was rehabilitated in 2023, combining premium decoration with a quiet location with views of the pool over the city.

Both bed linen and towels are of hotel quality and are cleaned by professional laundry and are included, in addition to shampoo and shower gel.
Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first few days.
