This beautiful Spanish holiday home in Cabo Roig on the Orihuela Coast boasts several terraces and a beautiful shared outdoor pool. With two living units, it’s a perfect fit for families who like to spend a holiday together but at the same time enjoy some privacy. You will find peace and relaxation in a very quiet neighborhood. This villa is located in a very quiet area and can accommodate 6 people + 1 baby. The house is not far from Torrevieja, La Zenia, Villa martin, and Playa Flamenco. It's also not far from the beaches, shops, cafés, restaurants, and food markets. From one of the sunny terraces, you can see the beach from a distance. A communal swimming pool less than 50 metres from the house, located behind the car park. There is also a children's playground nearby. Supermarket is within 1 and 3 km you have several. Cheapest shop is the Mercadona. You can also play golf, bowling, and padel, all lies within 4 km distance of the property. Zenia boulevard/shopping mall is 3 km away from us and delicious restaurants where you can eat for as little as 5 euros per person. Aquapolis, a huge water park and is located in Torrevieja and is 11 km away. You can find different walking routes and these can be found in our information brochure. Lots of day and evening markets, also found in our information brochure. This will be delivered to you within 5 calendar days before arrival. The house features comfortable bedrooms, living space, solarium, and several terraces. The parking is available at the property and on the street. The accommodation is equipped with a washing machine, a kitchenette, free Wi-Fi, a TV and some board games. Please separate the waste and don't make too much noise after 10 pm.
A car is a necessity! Please make sure you rent your own car! Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately The swimming pool is open from 9:00 - 14:00 and from 14:00 - 21:00 Beach towels are not included It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
