One of these bedrooms even boasts an en-suite bathroom, ensuring a private and relaxing stay. The third bedroom, equipped with two single beds, is perfect for friends or children. In total, the house offers three modern bathrooms with functional showers.

The large terrace, a standout feature of the house, is adorned with artificial grass and a full-coverage awning, providing shade and comfort all day long. It even has a back door that leads directly to the urbanization, offering convenience and easy access.
