The property looks new and is in excellent condition and clearly has been well maintained. The beds were comfortable and we were provided with more than enough towels and linen for our stay. The only complaints we have are firstly, the bags the outdoor cushions are stored in are not fully waterproof which meant we couldn't use the outdoor seating as the cushions were wet and had been sitting for a while in water. This was disappointing given we couldn't sit outside during our stay. One of the bags we couldn't open as the zipper was broken. To be fair to the agency we didn't report this at the time. Secondly the QR code recommendations in the lodge guide were for pages which couldn't be found when scanned. Therefore this could do with being updated. Thirdly the park is still under construction which is understandable, however this lodge is located directly opposite the site which is something to bear in mind if like us you plan to stay with small children. There was noise during the day. The view past the shipping container is lovely across the fields but I feel it should be transparent on the property listing about the works as we found out a few days before arrival. The site looks to have been active for a while. The company who manage the property are very helpful and responsive.
