This property offers a tranquil garden with BBQ facilities and a unique Japanese-style loft bedroom with tatami mats and an ensuite bathroom. The vibrant kitchen, decorated with colourful tiles, is equipped with modern appliances including an IH stove, washing machine, microwave, and oven. The dining area opens directly onto the garden, perfect for enjoying meals with a view.

Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. Note that early check-in or late checkout may incur additional charges, and a £30 fee applies for non-compliance with the check-in/check-out schedule.

Consumables:
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel, soap and body lotion. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby (see our Guest Manual).

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Extremely unkempt apartment. Absolutely not recommended.

We rented this apartment with two families (5 people) and were unfortunately very disappointed.But first the positive: The location is great, you can quickly get to the train station. The street in which the apartment is located is quiet and the organization before arrival went smoothly.Unfortunately, there were so many things that we had to complain about that we will only list them here in bullet points:1. Much mold in the kitchen;2. unemptied trash can in the kitchen;3. dirty bathroom;4. massive spider webs at the skylight;5. trashed front yard;5. window cannot be closed due to ivy growing through;6. completely wet towels (We didn't check whether they were even washed). The apartment was also very dirty in general (e.g. sticky stains on the floor).Unfortunately, when we complained, we only received an almost identical (generated?) answer 7 times, without any accommodation.
