About this property

We are proud to present this spacious 2 bedroom flat ideally located near Edgware Road Station and Paddington Station. This flat accommodates up to 6 people!

The flat is newly decorated and finished in high standard. The flat benefits from fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 double sofa bed, bath, shower and toilet. The flat also contains cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, glasses, mugs, utensil, kettle, toaster, electric cooker, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and ironing table.

The flat is located on the basement of the building and must walk down, no Lift.

We provide towels and linen. Please note that you must provide your own toiletries, and adapters.

Check-in is from 3 pm- onwards. We operate via self-check-in using lock boxes.

For any keys forgotten inside the i.e. lockout flat from 6pm-10pm, there will be a £40.00 call out charge. This fee will need to be in cash.

Please note that for any lost keys there will be a charge of £200.00. This fee will need to be in cash.
The property is closely situated near Edgware Road providing a close link to Central London and beyond!

The apartment was very cramped with very low ceilings. There was one section that I hit my head on several times. The fixtures were in poor condition with one bathroom missing the handle to the door. Water pooled under the floor in the hallway from a recent rain. Several very large bags of laundry were left in the entry way during the stay which made it very difficult to actually enter. No internet during the entire stay. Host sent several different logins, all of which were cutoff due to non-payment. Location is a bit sketchy as well. I would never stay here again.

Horrible Experience - Unlivable Conditions

I am writing to share my extremely disappointing experience with this apartment I rented in London from October 24th to October 26th. Upon our late arrival on October 24th, we were shocked to find the apartment in a deplorable state. The washroom handles were broken, and there was a significant insect infestation in the washroom, making the place completely unlivable. Given the late hour, we had no other option but to endure the first night. However, the conditions were so unacceptable that we decided to cancel our booking for the second night, October 25th. We attached photos and videos documenting the issues we encountered as evidence to the property manager as well. Despite our request for a full refund and early cancellation, the response from the property management has been less than satisfactory. This experience has caused us significant inconvenience and discomfort, and I strongly advise against booking this property. It is clear that the property is not maintained to a reasonable standard, and the management's lack of responsiveness only adds to the frustration. Avoid this property at all costs if you value cleanliness, functionality, and a stress-free stay. This was by far the worst experience I've had with a short term rental property.
