Outside, there is a non-enclosed side garden with decking, lawn, gravel, and furniture and off-road parking. One small well-behaved dog welcome at a cost of £25. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.6 miles, pub 0.8 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy a memorable escape to Devon at Ambleside. Note: Check-in by 4 pm and no later than 11pm, check-out by 10 am. Note: There is open water within the grounds and some lakes are unfenced, please take care.

Well served with excellent transportation links including the M5, the town makes it a splendid base for exploring, with Exeter 16 miles and the sandy beaches at Exmouth, Dartmoor and Exmoor National Park all easily accessible by car. The town has a good range of shops and restaurants and there are cycle trails, footpaths and bridleways galore to allow you to explore this beautiful region at your leisure.
