A beautiful Victorian 2 bedroom peaceful and spacious house with parking and garden. Newly refurbished to an exceptional standard with all mod cons.
Located in a fantastic central area just off Hills Road on a quiet pretty road. Within walking distance to the train station, Botanical Gardens with numerous bars and shops, cinema, bowling alley and more are very close by.

A pretty, terrace house with your own private front door.
-Leading into the hallway off the hallway is a separate enclosed comfy lounge with a large flat-screen smart TV.
-Spacious kitchen with all modern utilities which leads onto a pretty fully enclosed private garden
-large separate dining room.
-All areas are centrally heated.
-The 1st floor has 2 very spacious bedrooms one the with a kingsize bed, bedroom 2 has 2 singles plus a large family bathroom
-A desk with an office chair is situated in the main bedroom.
-There is free parking on the road outside, also the rear gate is perfect for secure bike storage.
