This spacious 4 bedroomed villa with large, salt water, heated pool and air conditioning is fully equipped, with everything available to ensure you have a perfect holiday.

Situated in a peaceful residential area only a stones throw from Vale do Milho Golf Club, the nearest restaurant with fabulous garden and children's play area is just a 500m stroll away, and the centre of Carvoeiro with an array of restaurants, shops and bars a short drive. The ideal place for a wonderful family holiday.

This beautiful spacious 4 bedroom ground floor villa is situated in the residential area of Vale do Milho, only a stones throw from Vale do Milho Golf Club. It is a piece of home from home, surrounded by its own large gardens, and benefits from a terrace with ample sun loungers, brick built BBQ, and large al-fresco dining table & chairs overlooking the gardens, large sun awning on pool terrace, and a large, salt water, heated pool, measuring 16m x 8m. The villa also has double glazed doors and windows with fitted mosquito nets.

Everything you need for a wonderful family holiday is available, air conditioning, pool heating, 5G wi-fi, pool towels, baby items, hairdryer.... (Air conditioning and pool heating are optional extras)

There is a bright airy lounge dining room overlooking the pool, TV System with UK channels, latest movies, air conditioning and log burner. A 5G wi-fi internet connection is available. Patio doors lead out to the terrace, pool and gardens.

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with filter coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, 2x fridge/freezer, oven with ceramic hob, filtered water on tap, and overlooks the gardens surrounding the property. There is also a small courtyard housing the washing machine and laundry drying area with ironing board & iron.

The bedrooms consist of 3 twin rooms and 1 double bedroom with fitted wardrobes & dressing table, all are air conditioned and have freestanding fans, plus patio doors out to the terrace. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms - one with combined bath & shower, the other ensuite has a walk in shower. The other 2 bedrooms share a family bathroom of double hand basins, and bath & shower.

There is a guest WC near to the front door.

The house is self catering. Toilet paper will be left for the first day, and a bin bag too. You will need to bring or purchase more.

Car hire, which we can arrange if required, is recommended but not essential. Alternatively we can arrange transfers for you and your party from Faro Airport direct to the accommodation. Price available upon request.

Lovely villa but in need of maintenance.

Although advertised as villa with heated pool & air con, these are not included in price shown. Some maintenance required - Some of the windows do not lock. Microwave door broken. One cupboard door in kitchen hanging off. One of the sofa's has a broken leg and is barely useable, it did not hold any weight or movement so we had to wedge it against the wall and not use it after it collapsed when I sat on it and hurt my back! This was referred to in manual in the villa so is known about. In my opinion this is not acceptable & sofa should be repaired or replaced. What is it with the sofa throws too? They fall off when you sit on the sofa! TV/satellite system is virtually useless for viewing. Travel cot provided had a mattress that does not fit the cot properly and in my opinion is not safe. Whilst the pool is fantastic, it is leaking ( as advised by a man who was one of 4 workmen that appeared unannounced at the pool whilst we were relaxing), and the water level lowered during the time we were there. Front & kitchen door to villa very stiff and difficult to open. Again this is referred to in the manual with instructions how to open & close the doors. In my opinion they should be attended to do that they open & close properly. The beach & town are quite a long walk from villa and uphill on return.

Great holiday . Great villa

Stayed at this lovely villa with 7 friends to celebrate my 50 th birthday. We had a fantastic holiday , the villa was so well equipped with everything we could possibly need for self catering , a rural setting so didn't have to worry about laughing too loud !! It's worth paying for the pool to be heated as did a lot of evening swimming , you do need taxi to get to town as was a long walk and dark . But you can walk to beach but it's still Away and a hill which killed us in the heat ! My birthday just so happened to land on the big black and white festival which was amazing and went on till the early hours . I would definitely stay here again was not crowded at all with 8 of us as very spacious and a massive pool ! Would hire a car though next time . Susie and rosa were lovely and on hand for any questions. All In all a great holiday location and lovely villa

Great house for one or two families

The house fit 9 people ( 4 adults and 5 teenagers) comfortably. We loved that there were 2 master suites upstairs and rooms for kids downstairs. Open floorplan with kitchen and den which overlooks lake. Houses were close together but nice neighbors.

Absolutely perfect, wouldn't hesitate to book again

We were a little apprehensive about booking a villa separately, but as we were taking 5 teenage children a large pool and a bit privacy was top of our list, we just hoped the villa was as described. It turned out to be perfect for us and exactly as described. It’s a great size villa, well laid out and has everything you could want. The pool is massive and very deep....around 3m. We opted for the pool heating and it was spot on, it really took the edge off the water, as a result we used it all day long. The great thing for the kids was the ability to use the pool first thing in the morning and even late at night, we’re used to pools opening and closing at certain times so this was amazing for us. Swimming at night in a heated pool with the stars over your head was brilliant! All the bedrooms are twins and a good size, two have ensuite, there’s a large bathroom and separate toilet, decent dining areas (inside and out) and a well equipped kitchen. There’s plenty of space to catch up on a tan if that’s your thing with a great roof terrace that gets sun all day long. We didn’t pay for air-conditioning so it was quite hot in the villa but fortunately there’s plenty of fans to move some of the hot air about. The villa is in a lovely quiet area but even with five teenagers we didn’t feel like we were making too much noise or being a nuisance, there’s quite a lot of space between villas which I think helps. If I had to pick a downside it would be the distance you need to walk to the local shops…….you pay the price for peace and quiet. We didn’t get a hire car as on google maps everything you need is within 15-30 min walk. We thought it would be straightforward but it’s a hilly place so when you’re going up/down hills in 30+ degree heat, we’ll, it was tiring to say the least. We ended up getting a taxi to pick us up from the villa to take us to the centre of town, even a minibus was only 8 Euro’s so not too expensive. Fortunately, everything we needed to know was in the welcome book, taxi number, shop locations, everything. We are already talking about our next trip out, which is very rare for us. We never seem to go back to places but we loved it here. If you’re considering this villa or have booked it I would recommend you pay for pool heating, get the welcome pack so you have food & beer when you arrive, pay for air-conditioning and consider getting a hire car, although it’s not essential if you’re willing to get taxi’s and pay for the transfers.

Séjour inoubliable, villa spacieuse.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La villa est tout simplement superbe et bien équipée. La TRES grands piscine et la villa sont bien entretenues par un personnel discret et efficace. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le service du ménage effectué plusieurs fois durant notre séjour, ce qui nous laisse tout le loisir de profiter pleinement de nos vacances. Quelques soucis avant notre arrivée car nous avions oublié de confirmer notre réservation mais Susie a été formidable et tout est rentré dans l'ordre. Organisation impeccable. Dommage qu'elle ne propose pas de location dans d'autres pays. Excellent restaurant à proximité ( quelques minutes à pied : Vale do Milho) avec un propriétaire charmant!). Villa à réserver les yeux fermés!

Good size property but a little tired

It would have been nice to have someone there on arrival to take us through the little foibles of the key fob and television. The entrance instructions were good but knowing our arrival time, a rep could have been there The villa itself is looking a bit tired. I can understand trying to reduce wear on the settees, but the covers were not comfortable The welcome pack was good but maybe an idea would be to give a list of say 2 dozen items the client can chose a certain number from for the price and reduce waste. This could include large bottles of water The Vale do Milho restaurant was excellent with Fernando giving wonderful service The Vale do Milho golf, we thought was expensive unless you went for their offers. Also the opening times for food did not correspond to what was advertised which led to a disappointment and no return It is a villa that would be best for a family or group using as a base to go out in cars to explore the countryside

Casa jacaranda 5-star villa, wonderful holiday

Casa Jacaranda is a 5 - star villa that was everything we expected.... and more! Spacious and clean, large rooms, fully-equipped kitchen, well laid out. The living room is comfortable with ample seating and there is a lovely large barbecue area with outside seating where we enjoyed many happy evenings. The pool is absolutely huge and the pool heating meant we were able to swim in November. Prior to our arrival we were provided with directions to the villa which made it simple to find and a welcome pack was waiting for us so we could eat lunch as soon as we arrived. A staff member soon arrived to greet us and ensure we had everything we needed and gave us lots of local information. Susie also provided us with a list of places to explore and wonderful local restaurants. I would thoroughly recommend Susie and her team at Carvoeiro Villa Holidays for whom nothing was too much trouble, they really made our holiday special.

Great Holiday in Casa Jacaranda - 5 star villa

We had a wonderful holiday at Casa Jacaranda. This 5-star villa was exactly as we had expected, and more.... spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, lovely large barbecue area with outside seating where we spent many happy hours, and an absolutely huge heated pool. We even went swimming in November! There were lots of great restaurants nearby and Susie gave us a list of places to go exploring, which we thoroughly enjoyed doing. Prior to arrival we were provided with excellent directions to the villa and helpful staff were on hand to make sure we had arrived safely and had everything we needed. I would thoroughly recommend Susie and her team at Carvoeiro Villa Holidays, for whom nothing was too much effort to ensure we had a great holiday.

Special holiday in a fantastic villa

The villa was fantastic, just right for our family holiday and perfect location. It was beautifully clean and well equipped. The maid service was just right and the pool man ensured the enormous pool was crystal clear. Carvoeiro is a fantastic town, there was a huge selection of restaurants, we ate at a different one every evening! Thanks so much to Susie and her team for efficiency and attention to detail, making sure our holiday was special. I would highly recommend it.

Absolute Joy in Jacaranda

Our holiday at Casa Jacaranda was an absolute joy! The pool really is huge, and the pool heating meant we could swim in the evenings. There was lots of space; even though there were 8 of us we didn’t get under one another’s feet. There was enough sofa space for all of us to sit and watch TV, something which was lacking in previous villas, and I was impressed by the speed of the internet connection. The bedrooms were extremely large with lots of wardrobe space and the kitchen was equipped with everything we have at home. It really was home away from home! Carvoeiro is a lovely town with lots of fantastic restaurants. It was close enough for us to walk there in the evenings for a meal and some night life in the Jailhouse or Black Stove and the short taxi ride back to the villa was inexpensive. Because of the location we didn’t need to rent a car which saved us a fortune. The representative from your company visited us to check everything was okay and give us some tips as to the best places to visit which was really helpful. All in all it amounted to our best holiday ever and we’ll be back this again Summer! Susie, thanks once again. Sarah
