Wir haben zu viert eine Woche über Silvester in dem Haus verbracht.Der Wohn- und Essbereich sind einladend und gemütlich, wozu der gut laufende urige Ofen Einiges beiträgt. Holz ist reichlich vorhanden zu einem fairen Preis.Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gerade noch ausreichend und müsste erneuert werden. Messer und Pfannen sind kaum benutzbar, die Kaffeemaschine war verdreckt. Zimmer und Herren sind in Ordnung. Die Dusche hätte dringend eine gründliche Reinigung gebraucht, im Plastikboden der Duschwanne war ein Riss.Die Gegend ist sehr schön, es gibt Spazier- und Wanderwege in der direkten Umgebung.

Tolles geräumiges Haus, großer Garten, ideal mit Schaukel, Trampolin und Grill. Für Geschäfte eine 13-minütige Fahrt nach Trois-Point. Schöne Wanderrouten mit Ausblicken in die Umgebung (mit Wegweisern). Schöne Ausflüge: Sauvage Zoo, Blegny-Mine, Chateau Modave, Lüttich, Spa. Das Haus könnte hier und da etwas Wartung gebrauchen und vielleicht eine neue Spülmaschine (nicht alles wird sauber). Außerdem hatten wir zwei Wochen lang einen tollen Urlaub.
