Ideal for families with kids or groups, this villa, in addition to its historical value, is located on one of the most beautiful hills of Chianti Fiorentino, in Rignano Sull'Arno-FI and is surrounded by 60 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, fruit trees and a large park with centuries-old trees. You will love to spend your time in the large outdoor garden with a swimming pool and furnished with quality furniture and a brick barbecue, a covered gazebo and a large table with benches for dining outdoors.

Pay a visit to the nearby village of Rignano sull ""Arno at 4 km, the beautiful Tuscan capital just 20 km away, Barberino del Mugello at 74 km, Siena at 98 km and Pisa at 134 km.

Inside the villa there are cellars of the Il Frassine farm which offer its customers the possibility of tasting oil and wine as well as delicious dinners.
