Just 15 km from the house you can visit the beautiful Sanctuary of La Verna where San Francesco lived and the famous beaches of the Riviera Romagnola are only 70 km away. Arezzo (35 km), Firenze and Rimini ( 70 km) will make for lovely day trips.
