This pretty newly- built independent 1-bedroom holiday home is located in a quiet and panoramic position in Pieve Santo Stefano, on the border between Romagna and Tuscany where the Tiber is born. Ideal for a small group or a family of 4, it offers a garden where you can just lie down and gaze at the hills afar. There is also a balcony where you can set up barbecues and have a gala time with your loved ones.

General supplies, restaurants and a bakery lie 5 km away. Get in a car and enjoy a refreshing swim at the pool in Sansepolcro 10 km away. Just 15 km from the house you can visit the beautiful Sanctuary of La Verna where San Francesco lived and the famous beaches of the Riviera Romagnola are only 70 km away. Arezzo (35 km), Firenze and Rimini ( 70 km) will make for lovely day trips.
